Return conditions

Unused goods can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Personalized or custom orders are not refundable.

Goods being exchanged or returned must meet the following criteria:

• The goods were not used;
• The goods were not damaged;
• Each returned item must be in its original and undamaged packaging;
• The original labels have not been removed from the goods;
• The returned goods are complete and have retained their original appearance.
